1. Schedule your Free Consultation. Please let us know the state you are calling from, your insurance, and if you prefer therapy in Spanish or with a therapist who is White, Black, Latina, or LGBTQ+.

2. Meet your trauma therapist. All consults are conducted on Zoom. Most of the time, you will meet with the therapist you will be working with.

3. Connect to the client portal. You will receive instructions from your therapist.

4. Complete the intake forms sent via email.

Telespera Counseling is a telehealth-exclusive group therapy practice that specializes in supporting individuals, couples, and families struggling with chronic stress and trauma. We offer individual, couples, family, and group sessions via telehealth in Arizona.

How does payment work at your practice?

Paying for therapy shouldn’t add stress to your life. That’s why we’re committed to cost transparency. In addition to publishing our rates, we also provide a written Good Faith Estimate to every new client before their first appointment. Whether you choose to pay directly, use in-network insurance, or out-of-network insurance, we strive to provide the most accurate estimates possible. After all, nobody likes getting a surprise bill. We accept many insurance plans, offer courtesy claims submission for out-of-network plans, and competitive private-pay rates.
