The Kali Institute is a therapy practice located in Broomfield, CO. The therapists at Kali Institute strive to help high achieving individuals who want to further their connection with themselves and resolve inner conflicts. Many of the clients at Kali Institute find themselves feeling stuck in negative moods, fights with loved ones, roles that no longer bring them joy, or living inauthentically. Often, these individuals hold themselves to impossibly high standards and struggle with their perfectionism, which helps them reach success however takes a toll on their mental health.

The therapists at Kali Institute combine traditional therapy modalities with yoga, movement, and somatic therapies. Clients learn how their natural responses to difficult situations might not be serving them, leaving them stressed and overwhelmed. Through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), yoga therapy, and mindfulness therapy practices, clients learn how to cope with distress and push themselves to grow intentionally and effectively. Clients reconnect with their inner selves and nurture themselves from the inside out.

Kali Institute aims to help clients lead more balanced, peaceful lives, from their everyday routines to their relationships with loved ones. Their therapists are down-to-earth while maintaining expertise in promoting healing both physically and emotionally. Peak performance - Addressing mental barriers to realizing full potential; overcoming performance anxiety and self-doubt to reach personal and professional goals

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse

Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - Recovering from the impact of long-term, repeated traumatic events, such as emotional abuse and neglect

Entrepreneur mental health - Processing through the emotional highs and lows of running a business; learning about one’s values and exploring how these values impact the decisions that one makes for the business

Imposter syndrome - Learning how to identify instances of imposter syndrome and combatting any beliefs that one is not enough or does not deserve good things; practicing assertiveness and developing confidence
