The Kali Institute is a therapy practice based out of Broomfield, CO, but is fully virtual now. The therapists at The Kali Institute strive to help high achieving individuals who want to further their connection with themselves and resolve inner conflicts. Many of the clients at Kali Institute find themselves feeling stuck in negative moods, in roles that no longer bring them joy, dissatisfied with the status quo, or living inauthentically. Often, these individuals hold themselves to impossibly high standards and struggle with their perfectionism, which helps them reach success however takes a toll on their mental health.
The therapists at The Kali Institute are experts in the neuro-science of resiliency. We have a client-centered and neuro-informed approach to healing. We know that the client is the expert on their own healing, and we are providing a safe container to help guide the process. Clients learn how their natural responses to difficult situations might not be serving them, leaving them stressed and overwhelmed. Through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness therapy practices, and somatic interventions clients learn how to cope with distress and push themselves to grow intentionally and effectively. Clients reconnect with their inner selves and nurture themselves from the inside out.
The Kali Institute aims to help clients lead more balanced, peaceful lives, from their everyday routines to their relationships with loved ones. Their therapists are down-to-earth while maintaining expertise in promoting healing both physically and emotionally. Their motto is “Joyfully release your inner badass,” as they support clients through self-discovery and empowerment that changes their lives.
