Practice Information

I believe that mental health care is not one-size-fits-all. I personalize each treatment plan to optimize outcomes,

integrating evidence-based treatment and patient-centered strategies. I'm a compassionate listener dedicated to helping my patients thrive emotionally and achieve the high quality of life they deserve.

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am licensed to prescribe psychiatric medication across the lifespan. I work closely with my patients, their therapists, and primary care physicians to develop individualized treatment plans that suit their specific needs.

In addition to medication management, I utilize a holistic approach in treating patients to improve their well-being through mind, body, and soul. My top arears of treatment include depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, drug and alcohol addiction and many more. I treat individuals from ages 6-65.

I have over 11 years of healthcare experience and bring a unique blend of personal, professional, and educational expertise to my practice.
