The Worth Wisdom and Wellness Center is a team of trauma and anxiety specialists in Georgia who are dedicated to helping you know your worth and combat the lies [i.e. your life doesn’t matter, you have to work twice as hard to get half as much, you’ll never be good enough] that society, the world around you, and past experiences have told you...lies that you, yourself, have started to believe.

Each member of our team is experienced in specific areas in order to provide you with the expertise you deserve on your path to wellness. All of our providers are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing or EMDR, which allows you to be released from past traumatic experiences so you can walk into a future unhindered by your past. We also specialize in perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and offer faith based therapy for those looking to unpack their spiritual beliefs or incorporate their faith into their therapy.

We take a holistic approach to emotional healing that integrates your mind, body, and spirit. We know that you're the expert on your life and we combine our clinical and professional expertise with yours to support you in creating a path to healing that is unique and tailored specifically to you. Many of our clients have reported that they've "tried therapy" in the past and it just didn't work for them. Well our mission is to support you in making therapy work for you so that you can experience the freedom of healing, being authentic, and living unapologetically.
