Therapy Beyond Healing is a group therapy practice offering secure telehealth sessions to adolescents and adults across New York State, as well as in-person sessions on Long Island. Led by seasoned clinician Linda Girimonte, Therapy Beyond Healing’s practice belief is grounded in a desire to help clients overcome their struggles and reassure them that they are not alone.
Therapists at Therapy Beyond Healing have a passion for working with clients navigating pathways to parenthood, including postpartum depression, identity shifts, infertility, and loss. They also work with many teens and young adults, building supportive skills to address the challenges of anxiety, depression, academic and work stress, and relationship issues. Their diverse team is dedicated to making top-quality therapy services accessible to all, with both English and Spanish-speaking therapists and individual sessions at as low as $80 per session.
Therapy Beyond Healing draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients ground themselves and move confidently ahead on their journey to healing.
Therapy Beyond Healing is a full-service therapy group practice. Sessions are available with Linda Girimonte, LMHC; or Jennifer Simmons, LCSW. We believe that training and experience are valuable in becoming a great Therapist. That is why we participate in our local Graduate Internship Programs. We will have Interns throughout the year that are available for sessions at a reduced fee.
At Therapy Beyond Healing, we are in-network with Aetna, UHC, and Beacon. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$150 depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.
