Therapy Evolved is a therapy practice that offers services across multiple locations. The therapists at Therapy Evolved provide support for clients who would like to improve their mental health through being intentional about introspection, growing personal relationships, processing through painful memories, and learning new coping skills. Many of the clients who attend therapy at Therapy Evolved suffer from anxiety, depression, and PTSD, generally after traumatic experiences.
The therapists at Therapy Evolved offer many different therapy modalities, including an evidence-based treatment called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This therapy helps clients integrate their painful memories from past experiences into the past, leaving them free to engage in the present and future without flashbacks, panic attacks, or physical reactions. Clients can also benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy techniques to increase self-awareness and to break harmful habits.
Therapy at Therapy Evolved is down-to-earth, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. Therapists offer clients individualized attention that is tailored to specific needs. By growing self-esteem and boosting confidence, clients have the skills to handle any difficult situation that comes their way.
Therapy Evolved is a small and growing practice offering individual therapy to adults via telehealth in Massachusetts and Nevada.
Over the years of my practice, I have found that the supportive therapeutic relationship along with EMDR, CBT and IFS therapies are extremely effective in moving patients towards their goals of better mental health and improved quality of life.
