Therapy Lab is a mental health platform that redefines therapy and assessment by combining structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), cutting-edge technology, and the expertise of licensed psychotherapists. Founded by Dr. Chandler Chang, Therapy Lab is on a mission to make mental health more accessible, results-driven, and effective for individuals, organizations, and communities. Unlike traditional therapy, Therapy Lab offers structured, time-limited CBT programs that deliver measurable results—80% of clients report significant clinical improvement after just three sessions.
Leveraging technology to enhance, not replace, human expertise, Therapy Lab streamlines intake, progress tracking, and therapy planning to ensure clients receive the right care at the right time. Therapy Lab has served over 2,500 clients and maintains a 5-star average client rating. Featured in Oprah Daily, Real Simple, Newsweek, Forbes, US News & World Report, Well + Good, and Yoga Journal, Therapy Lab is pioneering a new era in mental healthcare. Therapy Lab currently offers services in English, Spanish, and French and continues to expand its reach. Now serving clients in 8 states—send us a message for availability or check out our website.
The fee per session is $200 - $350, depending on the clinician. Within the first few sessions, your therapist should be able to provide an estimated total number of sessions based on your goals.
We have limited therapists who accept Aetna insurance in AZ, NY, TX, and WA. Any other insurance provider will fall out-of-network.
If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be able to get up to 80% of each session reimbursed after you meet your deductible. (Please call your insurance company to verify.) We provide you with a monthly statement (or “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company.
