At Tiny Steps, we believe in the premise that we can only help others only if we have been helped ourselves and we can only take others as deep as we have gone ourselves. Psychotherapy is an emotional experience and what is cocreated in it is a product of both the client and the therapist. As such, the therapist bares the responsibility to work on his or herself growth through continuous relevant training, therapy treatment and consultation.
