Life can bring us difficult situations that seem impossible to overcome and sometimes we just need to take tiny steps to be able to overcome them. Living in a saturated, fast-paced world can lead us to look for quick fixes and magic bullets. At Tiny Steps, we believe in healing, the process of gradually becoming well again, through the integration of the body and the soul.

What services does your practice offer?

For families, we provide child therapy, family therapy, and parenting that is directed at supporting changes toward healthy daily behavior patterns. We specialized in children that have experience traumatic events. For adults and couples, we provide individual and couples therapy that supports addition recovery, self understanding and relationship growth.

What are your practice's specialties?

Our practice specializes in a variety of areas including baby massage, parenting, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-.CBT), Seeking Safety, Motivation Enhancing Therapy (MET). We believe that at the heart of personal and relationship growth is the ability to bare our own truths and have faith in the human capacity to transcend. We specialize in helping our clients create a new and healthier relationship with themselves and we do this by providing them with the tools and self-understanding to relate to themselves mindfully, passionately and sincerely. Our clinical team specializes in various specific modalities including but not limited to psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, solution focus, trauma inform care, narrative therapy, and attachment theories. Therapy principles, creating a healing path aligned your own values and core gifts.

Why should I choose your practice?

At Tiny Steps, we believe in the premise that we can only help others only if we have been helped ourselves and we can only take others as deep as we have gone ourselves. Psychotherapy is an emotional experience and what is cocreated in it is a product of both the client and the therapist. As such, the therapist bares the responsibility to work on his or herself growth through continuous relevant training, therapy treatment and consultation. As therapists ourselves, we would want you to choose a practitioner who works based on this premise. Each of our clinical team members actively participate in regular trainings, therapy and consultations.
