Are you feeling stuck with the weight of the world on your shoulders and not sure who to turn to? Feeling like it’s hard to be your best self, or even know who that self is? Are you feeling alone or misunderstood? Or do you express yourself in ways that you are not happy with or proud of?
You do not have to struggle alone. You will work together with a caring and experienced therapist who holds a safe space for you to be yourself without judgment, holds your pain with you, helps guide you through what you are struggling with, and mirrors your strengths so that you can feel better and live your life more fully. What you learn through your relationship with your therapist can also help improve the relationships you have with others in your life.
This practice supports individuals, families, and community members to live empowered lives through compassionate, high-quality, and culturally responsive mental health therapy services.
