We offer a unique approach to mental health, utilizing both collaboration and shared decision-making. In addition to including both the patient and family in decision-making, our providers will collaborate with the patient’s primary care provider and other providers to collect collateral information to ensure an accurate diagnosis, assess possible contraindications, and formulate the best and most individualized treatment plan to address target symptoms.

It is the sole responsibility of the patient or guardian to verify coverage and are responsible for cost of treatment if coverage is not active. If your insurance does not pay 100%, you will be responsible for any deductible, co-payment, coinsurance, and any non-covered services. Co-payments, deductibles, and coinsurances are due at the time of the visit. A block of time is reserved for your appointment; so if you need to cancel, please give at least 72 hours of advance notice.
ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Autism spectrum disorder - Support understanding the diagnosis and related challenges and strengths; skill-building in areas of daily routine, transitions, coping with overwhelming sensory experiences, social skills, and emotion identification and regulation
Bipolar disorder - Developing coping and preventive strategies to stabilize extreme mood swings, including manic and depressive episodes; increasing effective strategies to regulate emotions and maintain a healthy daily routine
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - Healing painful experiences and memories from the past
