What services does your practice offer?

WellBeings Therapy provides individual therapy to adults.

What are your practice's specialties?

We specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression and trauma. In addition, we are skilled at working with those experiencing dissociation, chronic pain and grief and loss.

Why should I choose your practice?

WellBeings Therapy is unique in that we are a small, boutique private practice that is highly selective about the therapists we allow into the practice. Our therapists are required to hold a diversity and LGBTQ+ affirmative stance. In addition, we require a dedication to trauma-focused therapy which means a commitment to providing safety, trust, choice, collaboration and empowerment within the therapeutic relationship. We also encourage the use of evidence-based practices to make sure the therapy our clients receive is proven to be effective.

How does payment work at your practice?

At WellBeings Therapy, we only work with Modern Health, Sana and are out of network with most other insurances. Fee with a licensed therapist is $200 per session. We are happy to find out what kind of insurance coverage you have to help you save money on your therapy sessions with us.
