About

What services does your practice offer?

WellBeings Therapy is a full-service therapy group practice in Los Angeles county. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

What are your practice's specialties?

The therapists at WellBeings Therapy specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression and trauma. Some of the therapists have specialized training in working with children ages 0-5 and maternal mental health. Service are also provided to pre-teens, adolescents and their caregivers.

Why should I choose your practice?

WellBeings Therapy is unique in that we are a small, boutique private practice that is highly selective about the therapists we allow into the practice. Our therapists are required to hold a diversity and LGBTQ+ affirmative stance. In addition, we require a dedication to trauma-focused therapy which means a commitment to providing safety, trust, choice, collaboration and empowerment within the therapeutic relationship. We also encourage the use of evidence-based practices to make sure the therapy our clients receive is proven to be effective.

How does payment work at your practice?

At WellBeings Therapy, we are in-network with Kaiser, HMC Healthworks and MHN Healthnet. If you do not have one of these health insurances our fees range from $65-$150. However, we do offer sliding scale rates and may be able to offer lower fee therapy with one of our student interns. Our care coordinator will help you figure out what kind of insurance coverage you have and give you options. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company with a few exceptions which you can discuss with our care coordinator.
