Chinasa Oriaku is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in the state of Texas for Rapha Behavioral Health Care. Chinasa has about 30years of combined experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse. She practices at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She had also practiced at Parkland Hospital psychiatric unit in Dallas county Hospital for almost 10 years. She graduated from University of Massachusetts Global in 2021 with DNP and Psychiatric Nurse practitioner, but she graduated from associate degree nursing school since 1992. She is also licensed in Texas, Wyoming, Montana and Colorado.
At Rapha Behavioral Health Care, we have outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, consultation, medication management, and focused therapy services. We are open Mondays and Fridays 9 am to 5 pm, Weekend is by appointment. We offer Tele psychiatry services. Rapha Behavioral Health Care was opened to help address the huge psychiatric problems among families during the COVID era.
