Have you felt like you aren’t being heard by the individual who prescribes your medications?
I can help you navigate challenges and offer support during what can feel like a very lonely experience. My first priority is creating a warm and welcoming space for you so that you're comfortable beginning our work together.
If you’re new to psychiatric care and feel nervous about scheduling an appointment, please know that is very common. During our first session, I take extra time getting to know your unique history, current challenges, and what treatment outcomes you’re hoping to achieve. Once I’ve gotten to know you, I make suggestions for an individualized treatment plan based on several decades of experience and clinical expertise in psychiatric medication management. I take the time to explain the different options, pros and cons of each, and answer any questions so you’re comfortable with the plan moving forward.
This is a non-judgmental and light hearted environment. All parts of who you are and how you feel are welcome and accepted. You can get back to your old self again, or better yet, feel better than ever! It is possible—if you’re willing to take the first step.
I’m available for in-person appointments at Inspire NP Psychiatric Services in NYC, as well as virtual appointments if you are a New York resident.
I have to mention, while I think I look great, I have been working and changing peoples’ lives for over thirty years! Let’s get started!
