Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified, PMHNP-BC Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, APRN Advanced Nurse Practitioner, ANPEmmanuel Adjin is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York, New Jersey and Vermont. These individuals, while they’ve taken intentional steps towards growing their mental health, find themselves feeling stuck fighting against their stress. Emmanuel offers individualized care for each client, where they can talk openly about their mental health struggles and problem solve to find a sense of control over their emotions. His sessions are tailored to the unique goals of each client, and filled with empathy and hope. Emmanuel specializes in treating clients through medication management. After a thorough assessment of a client’s background, symptoms, and lifestyle, Emmanuel might discuss medication options if suitable. He continues to meet with these clients to adjust their medication until a state stabilization. He is passionate about actively combating the stigma attached to seeking help for mental health issues and affirms his clients’ decisions to prioritize their needs.
Emmanuel earned a Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus in Psychiatry and Mental Health from New York University. He taught at Rory Meyers College of Nursing as a clinical faculty, and has worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and New York University Langone Medical Center. He has over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field.
