Jenny Wang is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatric mental health and primary care. She has been trained and worked in acute hospital settings, consults and out-patient clinics as a clinician. she specializes dual diagnosis, insomnia, crisis stabilization, anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, Schizophrenia, detox and personality disorders. She has served to this population for over 10 years.

Focus on holistic approach with consideration of individual’s physical, emotional, mental, social, and environmental health. She emphasizes mutual trusting and calibrations with each individual and their family. Provide care through comprehensive assessments along with root cause analysis to make patient centered treatment plan for each individual.

Alcohol use disorder & addiction - Tolerating emotional discomfort; reducing or eliminating reliance on alcohol; development of new coping mechanisms for stress and suffering.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Insomnia & sleep issues - Exploring ways to improve sleep patterns, develop healthy sleep hygiene, master relaxation techniques, manage stressors, reduce worrying, and address insomnia

Mood disorders - Clinical depression, persistent depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders that cause disturbances in the client's mood, causing mood swings, restless sleep, and/or elevated mood
