Katherine began her educational journey at Smith College, earning a BA in psychology with a focus on trauma responses, therapeutic modalities, and comparative religion. Seeking to deepen her medical expertise, she went on to complete her MSN at Yale University, specializing in adult and geriatric primary care. Throughout her career as a nurse practitioner, Katherine has dedicated much of her time to working with medically complex patients facing multiple comorbidities. This experience has instilled in her a profound appreciation for the interplay of physical and mental health in promoting overall wellness. To enhance her ability to serve her patients, she pursued additional training and became board certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I am an outdoor enthusiast. I share my life with three dogs and enjoy horseback riding, hiking, gardening, and traveling. I have completed the Vermont Long Trail, hiked all 48 of New Hampshire's 4,000-foot mountains, and participated in the Chicago Marathon. I bring this same energy and passion to the work with my clients.
