Client testimonials

"Lamara Ford is a very understanding practitioner. She listened very well and gave space for me to go through my explanation of what I’d been going through in the time I needed. She also is very organized and responsive, promptly getting back to me whenever I reached out. As someone who has some skepticism about the pharmaceutical industry, I love that she sees mental wellness as a complex system that needs a spectrum of solutions, and not just a high does of medication."

"Lamara is warm and welcoming. I have had an intake with her and in that 90 minutes felt like she asked the questioned needed to understand my situation, my concerns, and my goals. She is gentle in her questions, while still help gather information that's important. What I was most impressed with was Lamara's conceptualization and framework moving forward. I've been feeling discouraged and starting to believe that I would need to settle with "good enough" but Lamara introduced me to some ideas and walked me through a plan moving forward, in addition to providing me with the information needed to make an informed choice about my care."
