Latrice is a dual-board certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner, with over 10 years of extensive experience in the field of behavioral health. She provides medication management and therapeutic support for clients 15 years old and above. Latrice offers convenient telehealth appointments in Florida, Maine, and New Hampshire, as well as in-person visits in the Tampa Bay area. To ensure that services are accessible to as many individuals as possible, she accepts a variety of insurance plans in addition to providing self pay appointments. She also offers appointments in the evenings and on weekends. Latrice works with clients who may be facing challenges with symptoms or those who are coping and wish to enhance their well-being. During sessions treatment plans will be consistently reviewed with a focus on prioritizing progress over perfection.

It can be difficult to find mental health support, and even more challenging to find the RIGHT support. Whether you are at the beginning of a journey, wanting to maintain a current course, or have tried various interventions and now want something different, I may be able to help. I work with clients who may be facing challenges with symptoms or those who are coping and wish to enhance their well-being. During sessions we will discuss treatment options as we prioritize progress over perfection. I provide comprehensive and holistic medication management for a variety of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, ADHD, depression, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, and substance use disorders. In addition, I specialize in managing the stages of adjustment and performance strain. Together we can work on the everchanging responsibilities of relationships, work, school, and general life expectations.

During our first session clients can expect to discuss concerns and treatment goals, and if medication is part of the plan, prescriptions are generally sent the day of the visit.

I feel that my greatest strength as a provider is my belief in the idea of progress over perfection. I work with clients to create care plans that support long term improvement and avoid overmedication that can destroy creativity and lead to the "zombie" effect.
