Message to clients

Seeking mental health care is a task in itself. Retelling your story over and over again and somehow reliving your trauma can be overwhelming. Having a provider who understands that the road to a healthy and stable mind requires time and a holistic approach is important. I am devoted to providing a safe, supportive and nonjudgemental space for your mental health needs. My approach is to collaborate with you, you will be part of the decision making when it comes to a treatment plan and medication, and not me telling you what to do. My intention is to empower you to utilize your natural abilities to cope and manage your conditions.

Are you ready to take control of your life? Are you currently in therapy but feel medication is just the boost you need? Discovering the right medication can be challenging, however this will be a collaborative effort using FDA approved medication and methods catered to your needs. Contact me today to discuss your options for medication management.
