Message to clients

You may have been seeing a therapist who is specialized in helping you gain skills to have better overall mental health. But sometimes you may find that skills and talk therapy do not suffice, as occasionally the challenge is too big and medication management becomes a helpful tool to help you on your path of having the life that you want. This is where I can help. As a nurse practitioner I have been prescribing medication, and providing brief therapy interventions, since 2017. Throughout this process I have been privileged to be an important part of many peoples' heaIing journey. I am looking forward to meeting with you and being an additional resource for you in your pursuit of happiness and your personal life worth living.
