Dr. Sharonah has a medical and psychology background as a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. She offers therapy, coaching, parenting, and she may prescribe psychiatric medications. She serves individuals across the lifepan on a 1:1 basis, as couples, parents, or families.
Many people who come to her are outwardly successful but internally, they may struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, traumas, life transitions, parenting, unworthiness, or self-confidence. Many of the parents she sees may be uncertain how to best aid their children who may be struggling with behavioral issues, bullying, sibling rivalry, and emotional dysregulation. Dr. Sharonah is particularly sensitive to unmet longings for love, connection, joy, and to feel worthy. Where there is difficulty, she is passionate about bringing clarity and harmony.
Dr. Sharonah’s intuitive approach is heart and person centered. She helps people achieve lasting transformation from the inside out. As they transform from within, their responses to life, people, and to themselves may change so profoundly, they often feel as if they are living a new life. She also helps people to gain soul-aligned clarity and harmony, to fully love who they uniquely are, and to tap into their potential. Blockages due to traumas, self-limiting beliefs, and self-defeating habits are transmuted into opportunities for growth and expansion. With children and parents, Dr. Sharonah emphasizes building a loving connection to oneself first and she teaches parents to inspire their children through love and connection rather than rewards/punishments.
Years of Experience: 12 years
Nurture Love - Learn to fully embrace and love yourself and others. Learn to love now rather than when.
Access Your Potential - Connect with yourself and access untapped potential and soul's purpose for your highest and greatest good, which is how and when you have the most to give to others.
Improve Relationships - Have better relationships, beginning with yourself. The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself but often we put ourselves last and do not replenish our own tank. When your relationship with yourself is consistently good, then all other relationships improve and you have the most to give to others.
Joyful Parenting - Learn to raise joyful children by learning to be a joyful parent first and parenting from the inside out rather than trying to control the impossible.
Nurture Children's Potential - Children gain the foundation needed to grow into their best self.
