Message to clients

Hi there!

I’m Shantel Escobar, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). First, I want to say how much I value the opportunity to work with you. My passion is helping adolescents and adults navigate their mental health journey with compassion and care, using medication management and other supportive services to meet your unique needs.

Building a strong connection with my patients is so important to me. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. Whether you’re managing a mental health condition, dealing with stress, or exploring treatment for addiction, I’m here to partner with you every step of the way.

I also love helping patients feel empowered by understanding their mental health better—it’s all about working together to create a plan that fits your goals.

When I’m not working, I enjoy being active in my church, traveling, camping, and spending time with my children and grandchildren. These moments of joy and connection are a big part of what keeps me grounded.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m excited to work with you to help you feel your best. Let’s do this together!
