Annet Kabuusu is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the owner of Global Behavioral Healthcare, which provides both outpatient and tele-psychiatry mental health services for clients in the Waltham and Boston areas.

Annet has training and experience across the lifespan in hospitals, emergency rooms, and outpatient settings. She provides diagnostic assessment, medication management, and therapy for individuals with a variety psychiatric condition including but not limited to  Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, PTSD, and substance use disorder.

I values a holistic approach, which combines evidence-based practices to client care, including therapeutic communication, patient-centered care and shared decision making to help each individual’s specific need and values to achieve an overall sense of well being through psychoeducation, collaboration and client advocacy. I have specialized interest in children and adolescents, and I treat adults, also.
