Dr. Brenda Kibola is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. She has successfully treated multiple conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, peripartum mood disorders, schizophrenia, individuals going through difficult life transitions, amongst other mental health conditions through a combination of medication management and psychotherapy.
Dr. Kibola spends plenty of time getting to know each patient before creating a fully customized treatment plan based on their specific needs and priorities. Dr. Kibola uses medications only when necessary and mostly emphasizes behavioral adjustments and interventions. In addition to medication management, Dr. Kibola is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy which she incorporates into her sessions.

She received her Medical Degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and completed her specialty training in Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.
