Dr. Caroline Golski is a psychiatrist who treats young adults at the Lifespan Outpatient Psychiatry clinic in East Greenwich, RI. She earned her MD from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, and went on to complete her residency in adult psychiatry at Butler Hospital/Brown University in Providence, RI. She primarily treats young adults between the ages of 18-26, including college and graduate students.
Dr. Golski's practice focuses primarily on medication management for a variety of mental health conditions including mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD.
Along with medication management, Dr. Golski aims to incorporate a range of brief evidence based therapy techniques into treatment. These strategies can target a wide variety of concerns including navigating life transitions, relationships and achieving both long and short term goals. Patients who are seeking more regular psychotherapy (weekly to monthly basis) are encouraged to seek out an individual therapist who can work with them on a regular basis. Dr. Golski frequently collaborates with patient's therapists to provide comprehensive care.
