Due to the current Pandemic, Dr. Erum Khaleeq is seeing patients through audio or video Telepsychiatry. Her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety disorders, including PTSD and stress management, for clients looking for psychopharmacological intervention.
Please Note: Dr. Khaleeq does not treat ADHD, eating disorders (that includes binge-eating, anorexia, and bulimia), developmental disorders with behavioral challenges, and chronically suicidal patients. She does not prescribe stimulants or Benzodiazepines, except on a case-by-case basis.
Due to limited staffing, Better Care staffing is not accepting patients looking for workman compensation, leave of absence requests, employment and/or school fitness letters or accommodation requests at work and/or school. These require longitudinal evaluations and clinical staffing to keep up with the ongoing required paperwork. Better Care Psychiatry is only doing Telepsychiatry; any kind of evaluation that requires office visits is currently unavailable.
Better Care Psychiatry requires a screening form; kindly complete and email it back. You will be informed if your ongoing care is accepted at Better Care Psychiatry. Please allow 72 hrs. to 5 business days to respond back to you. We reserve the right to refuse services.
