Message to clients

Choosing to invest in your mental and emotional well-being is a critical step in achieving the balance and happiness in life you deserve. Persistent feelings of isolation, anxiety, anger, and sadness can lead to worsening mood swings, negative thought patterns and uncharacteristic behaviors. Often times people are aware of the distress they are experiencing but find reaching out for guidance and support to be the most difficult part of their journey. It can be hard to start that conversation but if you or your child has been struggling, I encourage you to call.
I am a dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate psychiatrist who can provide both medication management and psychotherapy services. My practice philosophy is a holistic one and we will take time to explore your mental, physical, and emotional health as well as the many layers of your life (family, educational/work, social, etc.) I also recognize that you are an expert on you (or your child) and my treatment approach is always done in a collaborative, patient-centered manner. By working together, we can find strengths and build resilience so that you or your child will reach their full potential.

Client testimonials

"The most wonderful experience in therapy I’ve had. Someone who actually cares and there is no fakeness to her caring. She doesn’t just write prescriptions and send you away. She follows up, she is flexible in her schedule, she understands last-minute cancellations, she will do a phone session with you if you need it. She is by far the most wonderful doctor and therapist I’ve ever seen. I would recommend her to anyone. You will never feel judged or marginalized."
