Message to clients

I'm a psychiatrist with a passion for helping individuals achieve their mental health goals via several modalities, including supportive therapy and psychodynamic therapy. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and welcoming environment, where clients can open up and explore their emotions and thoughts.

Through supportive therapy, I work with clients to identify and build upon their strengths, while also providing guidance and tools to navigate challenging situations. This approach can be particularly helpful for those experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression.

In addition to supportive therapy, I also specialize in psychodynamic therapy. This approach helps clients explore and work through underlying emotional issues that may be impacting their mental health. By fostering a deeper understanding and awareness of the root causes of their struggles, clients can gain insight and create lasting change.

As Carl Rogers once said, "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." My goal is to help clients achieve this self-acceptance and create a path towards growth and healing.

In addition to individual therapy, I also provide couples therapy. My approach is based on creating a safe and supportive environment where couples can explore their emotions and strengthen their communication. I have experience working with couples of all types, including those in polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships. Whether you are looking to improve your communication, work through conflicts, or simply deepen your connection, I am here to support you on your journey towards a healthier and more fulfilling relationship.
