Message to clients

I focus on understanding the whole picture and your unique story when I work with you. I believe that it is necessary to understand multiple facets in your life, including your medical and psychiatric history, but also your childhood, priorities, family goals, professional endeavors, self-care, spirituality, social supports, and more.

I feel strongly about offering the care that I would want my own family and loved ones to receive. As a woman and a working mother, I appreciate the delicate and complex juggling act of multiple responsibilities that can impact your emotional wellness. How best can you take care of your mental health when you feel overwhelmed juggling your children, stressful job, elderly parents, pets, and more? I understand the fullness of our lives and we will collaborate together and decide upon a treatment plan that will work best for you. This may include therapy, diet, exercise, supplements, medications, or a combination of the above.

Many of the people I work with say that our work together has allowed them to gain new perspectives, learn deeply about themselves, and feel especially supported on their mental health journey. I look forward to supporting you.
