Hello, my name is Marylou Torrez, and I have a Masters in Marriage and Family therapy. I love working with clients from all backgrounds and ages. I meet you where your at and we work on what you are ready to work on. I specialize in using CBT and DBT and have worked with children, youth, adults, families and couples. I know life can bring storms and learning how to cope through the storm is what I specialize in. Having a toolbox to utilize when problems arise is what is needed in life.

DBT - Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of talk therapy for people who experience emotions very intensely. It's a common therapy for people with borderline personality disorder, but therapists provide it for other mental health conditions as well
