Dr. Megha Chadha has always been fascinated by how the brain works. Becoming a psychiatrist offered her an opportunity to learn more about the complexities of the human mind while allowing her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.

Dr. Chadha works with patients who suffer from mood disorders and specializes in treating treatment-resistant depression, postpartum mental health, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and other anxiety disorders. She is particularly passionate about helping marginalized communities. Dr. Chadha states, “Being an immigrant in this country, I have a unique understanding of the cultural and other challenging issues that affect the mental health of immigrants and other minority communities.”

Dr. Chadha prioritizes creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable expressing themselves. Throughout the therapeutic journey, she remains committed to maintaining confidentiality, ensuring patients feel secure and protected when discussing their personal matters with her. Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Postpartum depression - Coping with persistent feelings of sadness, exhaustion, and/or being overwhelmed after the birth of a child; developing strategies for more positive thought patterns and behaviors.

Mood disorders - Clinical depression, persistent depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders that cause disturbances in the client's mood, causing mood swings, restless sleep, and/or elevated mood
