Message to clients

I want to acknowledge how hard it may have been to even get to this step of looking for a psychiatrist. Oftentimes it can be a process months to years in the making. Now that you’re here, I really encourage you to take one more step and reach out for support. Therapy is an investment in you. It is acknowledging that you are worth the time, and you are worth the effort. It can be so hard to be vulnerable and ask for help. My treatment approach is to work collaboratively and build a foundation for a safe and nonjudgmental environment, which will allow us to work together to explore and better understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
