Living a joyful, peaceful life starts with laying claim to one’s inner power. As a therapist, Emily works with individuals struggling with their self image to develop a sense of unshakable confidence and believe in themselves.
Emily draws from a variety of techniques and individualizes her approach to each client. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emily collaborates with clients to uncover limiting beliefs that contribute to their sense of feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or self doubt. From there, Emily helps clients reframe their beliefs in a more positive, self-compassionate light so they can nourish their sense of independence and self-determination. She also uses mindfulness to bring clients into the present and deepen their connection with themselves so they can find more satisfaction, joy, and pleasure in life.
By working with Emily, clients are able to move through the doubt, fear, and a lack of confidence holding them back from experiencing life fully.
