Message to clients

I know life these days is not easy, but I strongly believe in the human capacity to be resilient. Taking the step to ask for help and finding a place where you can be yourself without judgment is something that you deserve. I am honored you took the time to learn more about how therapy can be added to your life. As a therapist, my approach is strength-based coupled with honest and mindful feedback. My training is Trauma-focused care and Behavior Analysis. I apply treatment modalities such as Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, but most of all, I am there to listen and support your goals. I look forward to speaking with you soon. Be well
