Aaron Hahn is a mental health counselor in Brooklyn, NY who works with adults and young adults to navigate the challenges of depression, anxiety, relationships, and trauma recovery. Many of Aaron’s clients come in at times of transition, when feelings of self-doubt, guilt, and unworthiness may emerge. An extensive background in the arts has helped him attune to members of counter-culture and folks who identify as creatives.
Drawing from insight-oriented and skills-based approaches as well as other experiential practices, Aaron aims to provide an engaging and warm environment that facilitates healing through an individualized approach. He collaborates with clients to examine how their past experiences, or any history of trauma, may contribute to the patterns in their present lives. Though Aaron is grounded in the psychodynamic approach, he also utilizes ACT, chair work and CBT.
