Aaron Montgomery

Hello, I'm Aaron Montgomery, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience. I am originally from South Florida and I am proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches to offer personalized care, emphasizing the importance of self-care and balancing its five areas. My goal is to help clients effectively manage their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. Outside of being a therapist I am an ex-college athlete and I love fitness. I participate in multiple extracurricular activities and am heavily involved in multiple nonprofits. I like to keep myself busy and put an emphasis on challenging myself.
