Race & cultural identity - Exploring topics of racial, cultural, and ethnic background as it relates to one’s family origins and personal identity. Sports psychology - Navigating mental roadblocks to physical goals; optimizing personal and team performances. Supporting athletes and former athletes with life transitions, identity shifts, and self efficacy to rediscover their gifts, talents, and deepest desires.
Life coaching - Identifying intentions and implementing strategies to build resilience and work towards one’s personal, health, or career goals.
