Message to clients

Whether you are struggling with new or recurrent depression or anxiety, life transitions or questions surrounding your identity and how you may live most authentically, I am happy to meet and explore alongside you how I can best support you in your therapeutic journey.

I believe that oftentimes we may be in need of a space to just share with someone else what is going on for us. While I incorporate therapeutic interventions from somatic, mindfulness and psychodynamic therapy with a trauma informed lens, I value taking the time to learn how your brain and body process and experience your lived experiences and following your lead while we work together.

Understanding that psychotherapy looks different for everyone, I offer a free 20 minute consultation to discuss what is bringing you to therapy at this time and how I may be able to support you. I encourage you to reach out and look forward to hearing from you soon.
