Adeyemi Aladenika is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has accumulated multiple years of experience supporting clients of different ages and backgrounds. Adeyemi has worked with children, adolescents, and adults that struggle with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, Autism, OCD, ADHD, panic attacks, substance use concerns, phobias, and family issues.

Adeyemi utilizes a variety of modalities when providing therapeutic support to clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Exposure Therapy. Therapist's note

We are out of network with all health insurances (EXCEPTION: Adeyemi is in-network with Aetna). However, if you have a PPO or out of network plan, your insurance will refund 60-80 percent of each session, as long as you have met your out of network deductible for the year.

Our company session rates can range between $100 and $300 per person, depending on the clinician that you choose, their sliding scale ability, and requested service type (ie. individual, couples, or family therapy). We recommend that most clients attend therapy biweekly, rather than weekly, though the frequency of appointments is entirely up to you.
