Professional statement

Ahimsa Luciano is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in Westchester, New York. She specializes in anxiety, career stressors, and relationship issues. She also works with young adults, who may be overwhelmed with the stressors of recent or impending college graduation, facing a quarter-life crisis, or general anxiety about transitioning to adulthood.

Clients often come to Ahimsa when they’re looking for daily strategies to get to a place where they'd like to see themselves – whether that’s in their job, relationship, or simply for daily satisfaction. She can also utilize assets and skills from art therapy to complement traditional talk therapy, if the client is open to it.

Ahimsa cultivates a person-centered approach that nurtures each of her client’s journey to their best selves. She genuinely enjoys helping clients process their unique journey so they can healthily sort it out and move forward. Her office is located in Pleasantville, where she looks forward to meeting you.

Message to clients

If you are feeling stuck in your life or unsatisfied ... it's time to do something about it.
Whether you are looking to do it in person or via Telehealth, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to begin to connect with themselves and their goals.

Working collaboratively with clients to address what they feel are their biggest triggers and issues, in the process of learning new ways to cope and handle symptoms of anxiety that arise. Many of the related issues can be trauma, professional stress, depression, life transitions, women's issues, and ongoing life stressors.

I look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you while you move towards a better life and bigger picture!
