Master of Science, MS - Mental Health Counseling Licensed Professional Counselor, LPCAigner (pronounced an-ye) Fells is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in the DC Metro area. Aigner is a true advocate for mental health, inside and outside of her therapy practice. She aspires to normalize accessing help across all communities. She works mainly with individuals who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions such as sadness, panic, anxiety, loneliness, frustration, anger, and more. She also helps clients who feel numb to their feelings and strive to reconnect with their inner selves.
Aigner’s approach to therapy is strengths-based and holistic. She wholeheartedly believes that each client has unique strengths that can be leveraged in their mental health journeys. With these innate strengths, clients can take a look at their physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. Growing an awareness of the balance between these components of health can help clients develop their goals. Aigner then supports clients to reach these goals. Aigner encourages clients to reflect on past experiences and connect how those experiences influence their current lives.
Aigner earned a Master’s degree from Walden University. She has over 13 years of experience collaborating with clients. Her goal is to create a comfortable space where clients feel safe speaking about their feelings, being vulnerable, and opening themselves up to change.
