Sessions are about an hour in length, and we can meet on a cadence you feel works for you! We can look at in-person, virtual or a hybrid model and determine what will be a good fit to meet your needs.

I know you may be nervous, sometimes we become comfortable with familiar pain, at least we know what to expect. It can be "better" than the unknown.
