Professional statement

I'm inspired by the human experience, in all its facets, to help individuals be their most authentic selves and live their lives to the fullest. I feel that everyone has an incredible story to tell, and I strive to provide a safe and non-judgemental space to listen to that story and collaboratively work on areas that my clients feel need improvement. I am passionate about encouraging my clients to explore new avenues of healing, empowering clients to take control of their mental health journeys, and collaborating on how to reclaim their story.

Message to clients

My work utilizes narrative therapy, psychodynamic, and emotionally focused therapy to help my clients navigate through their anxiety, depression or trauma to find peace and clarity in their lives.
