Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFTShe/Her/Hers
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFTAlexandra believes that respecting and honoring the humanity in each person she sees is of the utmost importance to therapy. She specializes in helping people regarding adoption, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. She has extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, one of only two evidence based couple’s therapies. She applies Emotionally Focused therapy in her work with couples and adults, as well as other evidence-based modalities.
