Alexandra believes that respecting and honoring the humanity in each person she sees is of the utmost importance to therapy. She specializes in helping people regarding adoption, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. She has extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, one of only two evidence based couple’s therapies. She applies Emotionally Focused therapy in her work with couples and adults, as well as other evidence-based modalities.
Her education, training and personal adoption experience, makes her uniquely qualified to work with members of the adoption constellation. If you’re a couple wanting to adopt, have adopted children, or are an adoptee/ foster youth yourself—she can help.
