Lexi has been a Licensed Social Worker for the last 3 years in both Boston and New York. Lexi serves both the adolescent (12-18) and adult (18-50) population. Lexi offers treatments such as family intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy. Lexi mostly works with adolescents and families struggling with anxiety and depression.

Lexi received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from SUNY Potsdam. She then went on to receive her Masters in Social Work from SUNY Albany. She has experience working in school and inpatient settings.

Lexi’s interest in helping others is what drew him to counseling. She is passionate about providing individualized care to each and every client that she has. Lexi is passionate about helping you feel more confident and she will help you build the skills you need to be the best version of yourself.


Message to clients

Have you been feeling anxious or overwhelmed? Do you want to find your passion and create a life of fulfillment? Sometimes, everyday stressors become unbearable and we have a difficult time getting on track. Together we can work on those stressors, intrusive thoughts, and lack of motivation. I believe by giving you the support you deserve and listening to you with understanding, I can help you achieve the life you deserve!

Everyone has a different story where they want to feel seen, heard, and validated. I want to ensure that you will always feel supported and able to work through whatever you are going through. I will use a mix of therapy to make sure your sessions are specific to your individual needs. Through the use of activities, journaling, creating playlists and more, I want to give you your own toolbox to help you walk away from therapy feeling confident.
