I graduated from Lehman College before earning my Master of Social Work from the Graduate School of Social Service at Fordham University.

I have worked with patients in a variety of areas and have significant experience treating patients with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, domestic violence, and sexual assault, and have helped patients in couples and family therapy sessions as well.

I use various evidence-based practice approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to connect with and guide my clients to their short-term and long-term goals.
