Professional statement

Ali works with high-achievers, deep feelers, and cycle-breakers who are exhausted from chasing perfection, battling self-doubt, and feeling like they’re never enough. Many of her clients grew up walking on eggshells, seeking approval to feel worthy, or learning to prioritize everyone else before themselves. Ali helps them shift out of survival mode and into deep self-trust, teaching them how to become their own safe place rather than outsourcing their worth to others.

Ali’s approach is trauma-informed, intersectional, holistic, and deeply compassionate. She blends neuroscience-backed strategies with mindfulness, somatic techniques, and inner child work to help clients rewire old patterns and regulate their nervous systems. Ali believes that healing happens in connection, so she provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, untangle limiting beliefs, and develop the self-leadership skills needed to create meaningful change.

With 16 years in nursing—specializing in elder care, dementia, and hospice—Ali witnessed firsthand how unresolved emotional wounds impact every stage of life. In 2021, she transitioned into coaching, helping clients navigate perfectionism, burnout, and complex relational dynamics. Now, as a therapist-in-training at the University of Denver, Ali is expanding her work to offer deeper therapeutic support. She is passionate about helping clients reclaim their power, break free from generational cycles, and build lives that feel nourishing, authentic, and free.

She is primarily offering remote sessions.

Message to clients

Change doesn’t have to be hard.

I create a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—no masks, no judgment. I take a holistic approach to healing because what happens in your mind is deeply connected to your body, nervous system, and past experiences. The way you respond to life has been shaped by your upbringing, social conditioning, and identities, and we honor all of that in our work together.

Many of my clients come to me feeling like something is wrong with them—like they need to be better, different, or more. That disconnection from yourself? It’s painful, but it’s also optional. Together, we’ll work on moving from self-criticism to self-compassion, helping you reconnect with your own wisdom and strength.

You are not your struggles. You are so much bigger than them. And with the right tools and insights, change can happen faster than you think. Many of my clients feel relief and liberation within just a month of working together. I’d love to help you get there too
