Ali is an empowerment and trauma informed coach based in Littleton. She loves working with adults of all ages.
Many of Ali’s clients come in to address how life transitions like divorce or coming out, burnout related to parenting and their career, attachment trauma, low self-esteem, codependent behaviors, poor boundaries, and self-identity.
Ali is particularly passionate about serving LGBTQ+ and working parents. She has advanced training in the area of hypnosis, somatic processing, anxiety, and stress.
Ali is trained in somatics, IFS, mindfulness, hypnosis, and cognitive behavioral therapy, in which we get curious at how past behaviors and maladaptive coping have actually protected us, have compassion for it, and have the power to choose a different path moving forward.
In session, Ali focuses on grounding exercises, compassion, relational awareness, and processing emotions. This approach supports clients in feeling heard, aligning their mind and body, and making decisions that are more aligned with their values and goals.
Ali's style is warm, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. When clients first start with Ali, the focus is on building rapport and trust to meet the clients where they are and feel comfortable.
Ali received her nursing license in 2008, BS from CSU in 2017. She was certified in cognitive coaching in 2021, followed by intersectional feminist coaching certification and hypnosis in 2022, and mindfulness mentorship in 2023. She has a clinical background, where she worked at local community clinics, serving elders on hospice and supporting their families going through crisis.
Outside of private practice, she hosts sober community events, yoga, spends time with family and friends, gardening, and reading.
