Professional statement

Alicia understands that all of our journeys are different, so our therapeutic journeys look different. She has a passion for helping her clients identify and pursue their own mental health goals in a way they find sustainable and fulfilling. By breaking down her clients core beliefs and understanding their goals in life, Alicia works closely with her clients to integrate self-care practices and healthy coping skills that they feel confident utilizing outside of the therapeutic space.
