Message to clients

My focus, as a psychotherapist, centers on transformation and growth. My therapy work starts with fostering a sense of connection, self-acceptance, integration, willingness, and self-compassion. From this stance, much of the work I do centers on helping clients to witness and honor their own stories and suffering with the goal of healing and integrating all the parts of themselves. Although this path often requires a great deal of courage, the work of transformation centers on developing a relationship with one’s true self. I am passionate about guiding individuals that are willing to take on the challenge of a truly transformational journey. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey.
